Thank you for your interest in Our Lady's School.  Applications may be printed from this site.  All applications must be dropped off in the school office.  A copy of academic transcripts must accompany all applications.  At OLS the safety of our students is of paramount concern.  All prospective employees will have to submit a comprehensive background check and complete the Diocese of Lake Charles “Safe Environment” training upon being hired.  All applications will be kept on file for 1 year.
